OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Your order is as important to us as it is to you, which is why we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible. GCI Outdoor offers free ground shipping on orders within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and are charged a rate of $50 per item.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently ship orders via UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on the order and location it is shipping to. If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to info@gcioutdoor.com for a quote. After an order is processed, most will ship within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. Expedited options may not be available in all areas. Orders shipping to a military base in the United States will be shipped via USPS.

Items in order may ship separately.

ORDER TRACKING

Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. If you do not receive an email with tracking information, please reach out to info@gcioutdoor.com with your order number.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX

Only the Universal Large Mouth Bag and the SitBacker Extension Straps are eligible to ship to a PO Box.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want all of our customers to love their GCI product as much as we do! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it is unused and is still in its original packaging with tags attached. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. Products purchased from an authorized dealer (i.e. Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Academy Sports + Outdoors, etc.), must be returned to the dealer it was purchased from.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we would refund the original amount. A refund would be returned to the original form of payment and will appear on your card in 3-5 business days.

For exchanges, please return your product for a full refund and place another order for the correct product.
